Student Support
The Student Support Department is available to assist students at any point during their degree completion with APUS.
Student Support Specialists are trained on a wide scope of information in order to provide the necessary support to students who contact the university. The Student Support Department also works closely with other departments in the Student Services Center to ensure that student needs are met. Below are several examples of typical Student Support functions:
Assistance with forms, applications, and other printable documentation
General student status inquiries
General TCE (Transfer Credit Evaluation) information General registration inquiries Student login/password recovery Online campus FAQ’s
Assistance locating the student handbook and basic student responsibilities Course materials
Readmission, disenrollment, and program hold information
