APUS offers students ways to interact outside the classroom in student

organizations and in informal settings, like the online APUS ‘Student Lounge’ and social networking sites.

Our Office of Student & Alumni Affairs provides university-wide opportunities for students to engage in community service activities, honor societies, and other student organizations.

The ‘Student Lounge’, accessible through each online classroom, allows students to take a break from their studies to chat with other students.

The university’s ‘Faculty Directory’ gives students the opportunity to search for and locate any current faculty member. This directory includes short biographies of each listed instructor.

‘The Quad’, our secure online community, includes a student and alumni directory, polls, blogs, 1:1 and group mentoring, and houses our social communities to include student and alumni organizations and interest based groups. Access to the Quad can be found on your online campus under the Student Services link on the right navigation bar.
