Graduate Check-In
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Convention Center Main Atrium
(outside Chesapeake Conference
rooms)
Graduates may check-in early with the Office of Alumni Affairs to collect name badges, tickets, receive event
information and updates, and confirm participation in the ceremony. You will be given a name card that will be used to
recognize you during the ceremony. Please verify your name pronunciation, degree, and hometown before you leave
the check-in area. If you selected an adult representative to collect your tickets, please ensure they check-in upon
arrival.
Graduates and ticket representatives must have a photo ID at check-in.

9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The Class of 2015, in conjunction with the AMU and APU chapter of Golden Key International Honour Society and Stop
Hunger Now, will assemble meal packages for those in need overseas. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the event
begins at 10:00 a.m.
Student Organization Meetings
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

University-recognized student and alumni organizations may hold chapter meetings on Friday, June 12, 2015, at the
Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center. The university has secured rooms for organization use from 1:00 p.m.
until 4:00 p.m.; however, it will be the responsibility of each individual organization to plan and host their meeting. If
