The ‘FORMS Menu’ houses all of the online forms you might need to submit while studying with APUS.

• TCE Application: Submit this form if you would like to see if coursework you’ve previously completed can be applied towards your degree.

• Drop/Withdraw From Course: Submit this form if you need to drop or withdraw from a course you are currently registered for or enrolled in.

• Program Hold Request Form: Submit this form if you know you will not be able to take classes for several months.

• Request Course Extension: Submit this form if something serious in your personal or professional life is impeding your ability to complete your coursework and you need additional time, past the official end date of your course, to complete your outstanding assignments.
