Section 3: How to Find and Contact Your Advising Team

Your Academic Advising team is available to you Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. You can reach us through chat, phone or email – whichever works best for you. There are two very simple ways to find your Academic Advising team: 1) From your Academic Plan
a. From myCampus, click on either the “Register Now” button or on the “My Academic Plan” link (located on the
navigation bar to the left on your online campus, under the ‘Records Menu’ heading) to access your academic plan
b. Next, look for the green, ‘Stay Connected’ box located in the upper right hand corner of your academic plan.
