Student Records

The Student Records Department at APUS is in charge of collecting and maintaining academic records for all current students from the initial semester of registration through graduation. We are committed to safeguarding the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of the

information included in the student file and database. In addition, this office has jurisdiction over the policies and procedures related to all student records as stated by FERPA.

Our goal is to provide excellent communication between our students and our team members in regard to their academic records and information in our student database. If you have questions regarding your record, or wish to have specific tasks performed in regard to your file data, please don’t hesitate to contact us:
